Refund Policy For Hairs

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not yet received it, you must contact the delivery carrier to address the issue directly with them. FancySticated does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as DELIVERED by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Also, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

After you receive shipping confirmation from us; all questions regarding delivery must be directed to delivering carrier

Please note that if your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock or unavailable at the time to ship, we may ship the items that are available first and we will wait to ship the remaining items.

Also, you will be given the option of a refund or store credit if your item is out of stock. FOR EXHANGES PLEASE RETURN ITEM SO YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND AND PLACE ANOTHER ORDER FOR THE CORRECT ITEM. (SHIPPING FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE)
